- Generalized: Swelling in facial and tongue areas, allergic responses, fever, chills, decreased appetite, runny nose, nasal irritation, sore throat, and joint discomfort.
- Skin: Skin blistering, rashes, and itching.
- Gastrointestinal: Vomiting, abdominal discomfort, diarrhea, and nausea.
- Central Nervous System: Headaches, abrupt confusion, nightmares, and unusual behavior.
- Respiratory: Nasal symptoms, nasal inflammation, bronchitis, coughing, sinusitis, and infections of the ears, nose, and throat.
dosage
- For adults:Inhalation for Influenza A and B: Take 10 mg twice daily for 5 days, beginning as soon as possible (within 48 hours) after symptoms appear.
- Prophylaxis for Influenza A and B:
– In a household setting: Take 10 mg once daily for 10 days, starting within 36 hours of exposure.
– During a community outbreak: Take 10 mg once daily for 28 days, starting within 5 days of the outbreak.

- Patients with a history of heart, kidney, liver, or lung conditions, asthma, bronchitis, or other respiratory issues should use caution, as well as during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
- If serious breathing difficulties, wheezing, or severe allergic reactions occur, discontinue the medication immediately as they could be life-threatening.
- Patients should be monitored for suicidal thoughts or unusual behavior.
- Avoid vaccinations while undergoing treatment.
- This medication may cause dizziness; refrain from driving or operating machinery while taking it.
