- Miscellaneous: Fever, low blood pressure, sexual dysfunction, skin rashes, nasal congestion, urinary difficulties, weight gain, menstrual cycle changes.

The recommended dosage range is 50 mg/day up to the maximum licensed dose of 600 mg weekly.

- Caution is advised in patients with a history of liver, kidney, heart, or lung problems, phaeochromocytoma, Parkinson’s disease, epilepsy, depression, myasthenia gravis, concurrent medication use, allergies, and during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
- It may cause drowsiness, dizziness, or blurred vision; refrain from driving or operating machinery.
- Avoid abrupt discontinuation.
- Alcohol consumption should be avoided while taking this medication.
