Avoid in patients with myasthenia gravis, respiratory failure, severe liver impairment, and hypersensitivity.

- CNS: Irritability, confusion, depressed mood, aggressiveness, incoordination, memory loss, drowsiness, lightheadedness.
- GI: Nausea, vomiting, bitter taste.
- Heart: Palpitations.
